Our Ministries

North Immanuel Lutheran Church is thrilled to rise to the challenge of meeting people at all stages of life with God's Word. We want nothing more than to invite others to know

Christ Jesus, to walk in His faith together, and to be God's people in the world today:

"This, then, is how you ought to regard us: as servants of Christ and as those

entrusted with the mysteries God has revealed." [ 1 Corinthians 4:1 ]

Children's Ministry

"Keep these words... in your heart. Recite them to your children and talk about them when you are at home and when you are away, when you lie down and when you rise."                  [ Deuteronomy 6:6-7 ]

North Immanuel delights in passing on God's Word to the next generation! With ministries ranging from Sunday School to First Communion, Vacation Bible School to Confirmation, and the gifting of Bibles, we cannot help but keep Scripture in our hearts.

Sunday School:

Every Sunday at 9:00 a.m.

Luther League

"Let no one look down on you because you are young, but set an example for other believers in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."                                                                     [ 1 Timothy 4:12 ]

The Luther League of North Immanuel is made up of the most amazing seventh-through-twelfth graders one could hope to meet! God has surely brought this group together to know the Word, to grow together in the faith, and to become servants leaders by the example of out Lord Jesus Christ.

"Squares" Men's Group

"Keep alert, always standing firm in your faith. Be courageous and, as a man should, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love."                                                                                       [ 1 Corinthians 16:13-14 ]

When someone's in the kitchen at North Immanuel, it's usually the men! The Squares not only set a strong example of Christian faith for their families and community, but these guys also serve up some of our favorite meals for fellowship events. Meatballs and lefse, anyone? Amen to that!

Quilters Guild

"Love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind, and love your neighbor as yourself."                                                                            [ Luke 10:27 ]

The quilting crew of North Immanuel not only uses their gifts and talents to create some of the most beautiful (and warm!) signs of love imaginable, but the quilts they make are then donated to ministry auctions or sold to raise funds for the ministry of NILC. What a wonderful outpouring of God's love to the world!

Pastoral Support

"I did not come proclaiming the mystery of God to you in lofty words or wisdom. For I decided to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified. My speech and my proclamation were not with plausible words of wisdom, but with a demonstration of the Spirit and of power, so your faith might rest not on human wisdom but on the power of God."                  [ 1 Corinthians 2:1-2, 4-5 ]

If you have questions about God's Word, struggles you want to confront, joys you want to share, or even plans to marry, please feel free to contact Pastor Isaiah day or night:

Service Groups

"Whoever wishes to be great among you must be a servant... just as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many."                                         [ Matthew 20:26, 28 ]

The service groups of North Immanuel are always ready to answer God's call to ministry! Whenever there's an event, whether fellowship dinner, wedding , or funeral, these folks are happy to be the first to arrive and the last to leave. We thank the LORD for all the faithful with servants' hearts!

"Let no one look down on you because you are young, but set an example for other believers in speech and conduct, in love, in faith, in purity."                                                                     [ 1 Timothy 4:12 ]
